The bot already sees you in matches and already awards you cards — that is where this collection came from. Linking doesn't tell us anything new about you. It lets you use what is already yours.
- What we can see
- Your Discord username and avatar. That is the whole of the
identifypermission — the narrowest one Discord offers. - What we cannot do
- Read your messages. Send you DMs. See which servers you are in. Read your email. Post, react or act as you. Change anything about your account. None of these are included, so none of them are possible.
- What we store
- Your Discord ID and username, against your player. The login token itself is used once to ask Discord "who is this?" and then thrown away.
- Why an admin checks it
- So that nobody else can claim your profile. That is the only reason the claim waits, and it is usually quick.
Changed your mind later? Ask an admin to unlink it. Your cards stay exactly where they are — they are yours either way.
